WE ARE currently taking applications for our next rockstar transaction coordinator

Job Description:

This is a work from home job but it still requires a distraction free environment at your home office. You will be assisting Real Estate agents in Arizona with Paperwork, Systems, and Communication throughout the transaction. Updating and logging all information into our systems as needed. You are responsible for catching errors and needs within a transaction to help out our client and their client.

 

Requirements:

  • AZ Real Estate Salesperson License within 3 months of employment (May be reimbursed after 1 year)

  • Working knowledge and Understanding of Google programs: Drive, Sheets, Word, Gmail

  • Working knowledge in Software of/or similar to: Transaction Desk and Skyslope

  • Possess a computer with the ability to process multiple (at least 8) applications open simultaneously, and with a working practice of navigating computer data quickly.

  • Possesses a minimum of 2 computer screens, High speed internet, virus protection on your computer

  • Type a Minimum of 30 WPM

  • Ability to be a high level team player

  • Be a self starter with the ability to learn from reading through materials and watching training videos

  • Must possess a problem solving mentality and be able to think outside the box in certain situations

  • Strong ability to multitask

 

Compensation:

  • W-2 Compensation

  • Paid as small Salary monthly in addition to a monthly bonus for amount of files closed within your Team

  • $45,000 Min. - $70,000 and even more based off of employees experience and preference in workload

Schedule:

  • 7am-6pm 3 days a week with flexible break times & 5 hours a day between 8am-5pm every other weekend

  • Averages to 34 Hours a week
