Tae Lopez is the Owner and CEO of Power House Transaction Coordinators, where she combines deep industry expertise with a passion for protecting and empowering real estate professionals. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a minor in Communications, along with both a Real Estate Salesperson license (since 2012) and a Real Estate Broker license (since 2024), Tae brings over 13 years of hands-on real estate experience to every partnership.

Recognized as a Certified Negotiation Expert, Tae specializes in risk management, contract oversight, and guiding agents through real estate standards, practices, and processes with precision. Her career began in the service industry, shaping her client-first mentality, and evolved into a leadership role where she now focuses on helping agents streamline operations, minimize liability, and maintain compliance with Broker and Department of Education standards.
