We are available 7 Days a week from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
HOW ARE YOU SENDING DOCUMENTS TO MY CLIENTS TO SIGN?
All contract documents and signings are sent through your account so you are represented to the Client and you have access to signings at all times!
DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE FILE THAT YOU KEEP FOR MY TRANSACTION?
All documents and files are kept in your account in real-time so you have access to them at all times. Even if you stop using our services!
DO I OWE YOU A FEE IF THE CLIENT CANCELS THE CONTRACT?
Each client gets 2 cancellations at no charge! After that, it is a $25 fee.
HOW DO I PAY YOUR FEE?
We get paid directly from your commission at closing through the broker/Escrow.

The Power House TC Team has a proven system, the knowledge, and experience to help you take care of paperwork, manage timelines, submit compliance, and track down updates. We are working on these tasks all day so that you won't have to worry about fitting them in between appointments. You will find an enormous weight is lifted when you are needing an addendum, DCA, BINSR signed or other assistance while not available. You can rely on us to get it done!
